It is a rich source of complex cereal carbohydrates. White sugar in the Crunchy bar has been replaced with aromatic cane sugar. derived from cereals 33% (oat flakes, corn grits, corn flour, rice flour), glucose syrup, vegetable fats (non hydrogenated palm fat*, palm kernel oil, shea) in varying proportions, sugar, dried plums 10% (plums, rice flour), whey powder (from milk), humectant: sorbitols; unrefined cane sugar, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithins (soy), salt, sea salt, barley malt extract, natural vanilla flavouring.
*Obtained from controlled plantations of oil palms, so it is not a threat to tropical forests and their inhabitants.
