Ingredients
  

  • 150 | g | Large shrimp peeled and deveined |
  • 0.5 | tbsp | Olive oil |
  • 0.5 | tsp | Smoked paprika |
  • 0.25 | tsp | Ground cumin |
  • 0.25 | piece | Lemon juice |
  • — | — | Salt and black pepper | to taste
  • 0.5 | tsp | Smoking wood chips | applewood or cherry

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the pan or smoking pot over medium heat.
  • Place wood chips inside perforated aluminum foil and set in the pan until smoke begins to form.
  • Arrange shrimp on the rack above the smoke and cover tightly.
  • Let the shrimp smoke for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and infused with flavor.
  • Serve immediately with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
