Description
100% Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from Grène, extracted from organic apples naturally fermented with live bacteria. Rich in acetic acid, potassium, and the “Mother” which contains live fibers and beneficial bacteria to support digestion and immunity.
Benefits
Organic vinegar is pressed from organic fruit and fermented with live bacteria. It contains acetic acid, pectin, potassium, and other minerals, along with what is called the “Mother” — very fine strands responsible for the cloudy appearance of organic vinegar. These strands are made up of pectin, digestive enzymes, and friendly active bacteria that fight infections. It also contains chlorogenic acid, which may aid in weight loss, and flavonoids that help boost the immune system.
Usage :
Take 1–2 teaspoons daily or up to 1–2 tablespoons daily.
Warnings :
Do not use as a mouth rinse, as it may cause tooth enamel erosion.
Do not use in cases of stomach ulcers.
