A healthy way to make crispy potato chips in the oven using very little oil and natural seasonings.

Healthy Oven-Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Potato medium potato thinly sliced
  • 1/4 olive oil teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 sea salt teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 A pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Wash the potato well and slice it very thin using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
  3. Place the slices in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
