- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the pan or smoking pot over medium heat.
- Place wood chips inside perforated aluminum foil and set in the pan until smoke begins to form.
- Arrange shrimp on the rack above the smoke and cover tightly.
- Let the shrimp smoke for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and infused with flavor.
- Serve immediately with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
