Smoked Shrimp Healthy

Ingredients
  

  • 150 | g | Large shrimp peeled and deveined |
  • 0.5 | tbsp | Olive oil |
  • 0.5 | tsp | Smoked paprika |
  • 0.25 | tsp | Ground cumin |
  • 0.25 | piece | Lemon juice |
  • — | — | Salt and black pepper | to taste
  • 0.5 | tsp | Smoking wood chips | applewood or cherry

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the pan or smoking pot over medium heat.
  3. Place wood chips inside perforated aluminum foil and set in the pan until smoke begins to form.
  4. Arrange shrimp on the rack above the smoke and cover tightly.
  5. Let the shrimp smoke for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and infused with flavor.
  6. Serve immediately with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
