Ingredients
- 1/2 Potato medium potato thinly sliced
- 1/4 olive oil teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 sea salt teaspoon sea salt
- 1 A pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Wash the potato well and slice it very thin using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
- Place the slices in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper, and mix well.
- Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
